Flavio Caro-Kappelhoff is working in the Online Games Industry since 2005. After he has positioned the ingame GmbH as the Top 3 special interest website in the German market, he started to work as Country Manager for Portugal and Brasil at the next idea GmbH in 2009.
In this position he published more than 8 onlinegames in the territories mentioned above. Amongst others the title "Desert Operations", which has been published in more than 15 languages in more than 50 countries so far with more than 30 million players.
In 2013 he took over the responsibilities for the whole publishing of the Looki Publishing GmbH with more than 50 employees of the next idea GmbH as the Head of Operations, before he started to work as the Head of Online Marketing of the InternetOne AG in cologne in 2014.
Since 2015 he provides his expertise to the highdigit GmbH where he is responsible for the whole Business Development of the company.
